Purpose
- Flux-cored wire (FCW) from the FERVEO HRF 600 family, CO2 gas-shielded.
- Continuous-wire form for high-productivity surfacing.
Why it works
Same hardness level as the HRF 600 family, in CO2 gas-shielded flux-cored wire form — enables continuous semi-automatic welding on martensitic tool-steel surfacing, more productive than the equivalent covered electrode.

- CO2 gas-shielded surfacing with the HRF 600 hardness family, on mining/crushing parts and cutting edges needing maximum hardness.
