Purpose

  • Seamless metal-cored Cr-Mo flux-cored wire, high hardness (57-62 HRC) — resists friction and low-stress abrasive wear with moderate impact.

Why it works

Unlike the solid HRF MIG wires, this one is seamless metal-cored flux-cored wire — it allows a richer Cr-Mo alloy in the deposit, with good resistance to both friction and low-stress abrasion, and tolerates moderate impact.

Fields of application

  • Surfacing earth-moving machinery parts, rollers, mills.
