Classification

Purpose

  • Cr-Ni 26/20 rutile electrode (~E 310-16), rated to +1200°C working temperature — for furnaces, boilers and heat-resistant steel piping.

Why it works

The high Cr-Ni content (26/20) gives a fully austenitic deposit stable at very high temperature — built specifically for parts running hot continuously, not for room-temperature service.

Fields of application

  • Furnaces, boilers and piping in Cr-Ni and Cr-Si-Al alloyed steel.
  • AISI 305, 310, 304 and equivalent cast/forged heat-resistant steels.
