Purpose
- Very-high-deposition rutile electrode, one step above FERVEO STL 420R0 HD (AWS E 7024, EN ISO E 42 0 RR 53).
Why it works
A heavier iron-powder load than FERVEO STL 420R0 HD raises the deposition rate to the top of the FERVEO STL ladder, with a notable cost saving in high-volume flat butt and fillet welding.
Fields of application
- High-volume series production in carbon steel, butt and flat-fillet welding where cost per meter of weld matters.
