Purpose
- High-strength rutile flux-cored wire, one step above FERVEO HTS 460/550 FCW (AWS E91T1-K2CJ, EN ISO T 62 4 Mn 1.5 Ni P C 1).
Why it works
Higher manganese and nickel content than the FCW range's entry point steps up mechanical strength while keeping good low-temperature toughness, with the same smooth, low-spatter rutile arc.
Fields of application
- High-strength fine-grained structural steel in low-temperature service, weldable in all positions.

Advantages
- One mechanical-strength step above FERVEO HTS 460/550 FCW, weldable in all positions.
- Good low-temperature toughness in the deposit, keeping the rutile range's good arc behavior.
Limitations
- For the FCW range's top step, see FERVEO HTS 690 FCW.
