Purpose

  • Niobium-stabilized Cr-Ni 19.8/10 rutile electrode (E 347-16) — the classic choice for milk and beer tanks and acid/gas/steam/water fittings.

Why it works

Niobium stabilizes the deposit against chromium-carbide precipitation without cutting carbon as low as the "L" family — the result is acid and corrosion resistance to 400°C, in a grade specifically associated with food and beverage equipment.
