Purpose

  • TIG rod version of the low-carbon INX 316LSi wire — same cryogenic-to-+400°C service on corrosion-resistant stainless.

Why it works

Same alloy as INX 316LSi MIG, as a TIG rod (DC-, I1 gas) — fine puddle control for root passes and thin sections in cryogenic service.

Fields of application

  • DIN 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4571, 1.4580, 1.4583 (AISI 316/316L/316Ti).
  • Cryogenic service down to -196°C.
