Purpose
- Self-shielded, heavily alloyed wire (C-Cr-Mo-Nb-W-V) forming extremely hard carbides — for extreme abrasive mineral wear, heat-resistant to 800°C.
Why it works
The structure solidifies mainly as eutectic Cr carbides plus Nb-Mo-W-V carbides — the combination gives the highest wear resistance in the self-shielded HRF FCW family. Hot-hardness loss is minimal: ≈4% at 400°C and ≈10% at 700°C, holding resistance to 800°C.

Advantages
- Very high hardness (63-65 HRC).
