Purpose

  • Basic-type flux-cored wire for UNI 430/510 steel and fine-grained equivalents (AWS E70T15-M21A4-CS1-H4/E70T5, EN ISO T46 4 B M3 H5/T42 4 B C3 H5).

Why it works

The flux's basic character gives an excellent, spatter-free bead appearance, with easily removable slag and good mechanical performance — a dual classification lets it run under Ar-CO2 mix (M21) or pure CO2.

Fields of application

  • UNI 430, UNI 510 steel and fine-grained equivalents, in flat and horizontal-fillet position.

Advantages

  • Excellent, spatter-free bead appearance, easily removable slag.
  • Dual classification — shieldable with Ar-CO2 mix or pure CO2, depending on gas available in the shop.

Limitations

  • Restricted to flat and horizontal-fillet position — for all positions, see FERVEO STL RF14 FCW.
