Purpose
- Heat-resistant Cr-Ni-Mn-Nb 21.5/32.5/4.5/1.2 alloy solid wire (alloy-800 type), scaling-resistant to 1050°C.
Why it works
The high nickel content (32.5%), well above the rest of the stainless family, already places it as a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy — built specifically for joining and surfacing heat-resistant castings of matching composition.
Fields of application
- DIN 1.4859, 1.4876, 1.4958, 1.4959 (equivalent heat-resistant castings).
