Purpose
- Cr-Ni-Mo rutile electrode (18% Cr · 9.5% Ni · 2.5% Mo), general-purpose for repair welding between dissimilar steels.
Why it works
Adds molybdenum (2.5%) to the low-carbon 308L base — designed as a generalist repair electrode for when the exact base steel isn't certain, with easy slag removal and a clean bead appearance.
