Purpose
- Low-carbon metal-cored flux-cored wire for joining austenitic stainless steel, nearly spatter-free.
Why it works
Same Cr-Ni 19/10 base as the rest of the 308L family, in metal-cored form — welding runs nearly spatter-free and the residual slag is very easy to dissolve and remove.
Fields of application
- Joining of austenitic stainless steel DIN 1.4301, 1.4303, 1.4306, 1.4308, 1.4310, 1.4311, 1.4541, 1.4550, 1.4552 (AISI 304/304L/321/347 and equivalent castings).
