Purpose
- Fast-freezing rutile flux-cored wire, austenitic-ferritic duplex microstructure — excellent resistance to stress corrosion, cracking and pitting.
Why it works
The duplex microstructure (half austenite, half ferrite) combines ferrite's mechanical strength with austenite's toughness and corrosion resistance — hence the markedly higher stress-corrosion resistance versus the purely austenitic families in this datasheet.
