Purpose
- High-hardness electrode (60-62 HRC) for steel, cast steel or hard manganese-steel parts under combined impact, compression and abrasion: camshafts, gears, plough shares, rails, switches, excavator buckets.
- The deposit does not crack.
Why it works
High-hardness Cr-Mo-V alloy formulated for the most demanding combination of stresses — impact AND compression AND abrasion at once, not just one of them — without the deposit cracking, unlike other very-hard overlays.
Fields of application
- Camshafts, gears, plough shares.
- Rails, switches, baffle plates.
- Excavator buckets and rope carrier wheels.

Equivalence refers to the classification (AWS / EN ISO), not to product identity. In applications with a qualified procedure (WPS), validate the substitution before use.
Advantages
- Resists combined impact, compression and abrasion without cracking.
- High hardness (60-62 HRC).
