Purpose
- Martensitic-ferritic Cr-Ni-Mo flux-cored wire (FCW), 43–45 HRC, holds its hardness when hot — for rolling, forging and steel-casting tooling.
- High corrosion resistance.
Why it works
The martensitic-ferritic Cr-Ni-Mo alloy holds 43–45 HRC even at elevated temperature — unlike a carbon overlay that softens when hot, this family is built for parts that work hot (casting rollers, steam valves) and must stay hard through many thermal cycles.

- Surfacing casting rollers in iron and steel plants.
- Valves and flanges in gas/water/steam environments, relays, compressors.
